How we protect your data

At Draksy, your data matters. Not in a buzzword way, in a practical, day-to-day sense.

This page explains how we handle it.

You own your data

Everything you put into Draksy belongs to you.

  • Your customers
  • Your invoices
  • Your business information

We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell it. Ever.

We only use your data to run the service

We process your data so Draksy can do what it’s supposed to do:

  • Create invoices
  • Track payments
  • Manage customers
  • Run your website

That’s it.

We don’t casually look at your data

Technically, as the system provider, we have administrative access.

In practice:

  • We do not browse or inspect your data
  • We only access it if needed to fix an issue or provide support
  • When we do, it’s for a specific reason, not curiosity
  • We record what was accessed and when it was accessed

Access is controlled and limited

Access to systems is restricted and secured.

  • Only authorised access is allowed
  • Systems are protected with authentication and security controls
  • Sensitive operations are limited to what’s necessary

Your data is protected in transit and at rest

  • All connections use secure encryption (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Data is stored on secure infrastructure
  • Backups are protected

No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Payments are handled securely

Payments are processed by trusted providers such as Stripe.

  • Card details never pass through or get stored in Draksy
  • We only store payment status and references

We work with trusted providers

To run Draksy, we use a small number of carefully chosen providers:

  • Hosting and infrastructure
  • Payment processing
  • Email delivery

These providers are selected with security and data protection in mind.

We follow clear data protection practices

We operate under UK GDPR principles:

  • We only collect what we need
  • We use it for clear purposes
  • We keep it secure
  • We don’t keep it longer than necessary

If you want the formal details, you can read our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms of Service
  • Data Processing Agreement

You can find links to these at the bottom of this page.

If something goes wrong

If there’s ever a data issue:

  • We investigate quickly
  • We take steps to fix it
  • We notify affected users where required
